- Third parties in connection with a business transaction such as should we choose to sell or transfer parts of our business or assets, undergo a merger or enter into bankruptcy. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your Personal Data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your Personal Data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
Meta
Where you have consented for us to do so, we will collect and share your personal data with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta) or related companies in order to advertise to you via Facebook, and Instagram, and in certain instances we are the joint controller of your Personal Data with Meta.
We have entered into an agreement with Meta to ensure that your Personal Data is protected, and the steps we each shall take to comply with UK data protection laws with regard to the joint processing of your Personal Data. The Services may enable you to post product reviews and other user-generated content. If you choose to submit user generated content to any public area of the Services, this content will be public and accessible by anyone.
We do not control who will have access to the information that you choose to make available to others, and cannot ensure that parties who have access to such information will respect your privacy or keep it secure.
